Anh Nguyen, M.D., M.B.A.
President & Co-Founder
Dr. Anh Nguyen co-founded Imagine Health to address the unique media and technology needs of the medical community. Over the past decade, he has focused his career on the strategy and financing of entrepreneurial endeavors. After studying operations management at the University of Pennsylvania, he joined a team that founded what is now Barclays Cards, USA. Post-launch, his team raised $200M in venture financing leading to an exit by acquisition. Anh has since worked as a strategy consultant for numerous startups in a variety of fields including personal finance, mobile technology, film production and medical devices. He is a member of the Southern California Venture Community and lives in Los Angeles. Anh earned his MD from the University of Southern California and his MBA from Cornell University. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Bellevue Hospital Center and NYU Langone Medical Center.
Deepak Penesetti, M.D.
Director of Content & Co-Founder
Dr. Deepak Penesetti co-founded Imagine Health while conducting research in Cognitive Neuroscience at the NYU Child Study Center. While he is a published researcher, he maintains a deep interest in the application of neuroscience for industrial product design. He offers a scientific approach to neurological parameters, like attention and receptive language, in the creation of Imagine Health's media and technology products. This academic approach, extrapolated from clinical populations, is among the strategic advantages which distinguish Imagine Health. It is the cornerstone for projects in provider training and patient education. Deepak earned his B.A. in Biology and Economics as well as his M.D. from New York University. He is currently completing a triple board residency in Pediatrics, Adult Psychiatry, and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in New York, New York.

Stephen Wall, M.D., M.S.
Educational Media & Technology
Dr. Stephen Wall is an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at the Bellevue Hospital Center and the New York University School of Medicine. He is the Founder and Director of EMPEI, the Electronic Media Patient Education Institute, at New York University. He received his Masters of Science in health services research at the UCLA, and currently is in the Masters of Education, Communication, and Technology program at New York University Steinhardt. Stephen's research interests are focused on investigating multimedia education methods aimed at informing patients about their medical problems. The goal of these investigations is to self-empower patients through an improved understanding of health issues pertaining to their unique socio-ethnic groups. Stephen received a grant award through the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality to research multimedia education methods to improve organ donation willingness among the multiethnic communities served by the Bellevue Hospital Center. Stephen received his MD from NYU Medical School and completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Harbor UCLA.
James Tsung, M.D., M.P.H
Senior Research Advisor
Dr. James Tsung is the Director of Pediatric Emergency Ultrasound and Research Director of Pediatric Emergency Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center. James has lectured and given workshops on pediatric ultrasound internationally and is among those defining the international standards for emerging fields such as lung ultrasound. He has authored numerous papers on point-of-care ultrasound for pediatric resucitation and other ultrasound topics. He was a co-investigator for the Pediatric Emergency Care Applied Research Network on studies related to bronchiolitis, head trauma and health disparities. He has served as the inaugural chair of the Pediatric Committee of the ACEP Ultrasound Section and led the first ever point-of-care ultrasound workshop at the Pediatric Academic Societies annual meeting. He is also the chair of the Pediatric Committee for WINFOCUS and Section Editor for the newly created “Critical Ultrasound Journal” on point-of-care ultrasound.

John Dennis
Technology Director
John Dennis brings over ten years of experience in software design and technology consulting to Imagine Health. He has worked as a Senior Associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers, leading teams in the creation of analytic software solutions for Fortune 500 companies and serving as a top-to-bottom technology expert for large-scale software development. Previously, John held senior positions at Prohealth Care and Hubbard One where he designed interactive websites, intranet, and extranet applications. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Northwestern University.
Seph Li
Interaction Designer
Seph is an artist at heart and an interaction designer in practice. He traverses the fine balance among attributeds desired in any media product: functionality, intuition and - of course - pleasing aesthetics. Seph is a product of the Tsinghua University combining a BE in Computer Software and BA in Digital Entertainment Design. He currently a an MFA candidate at UCLA Design|Media Arts.
Fernando Rodriguez
Mobile Applications
Fernando Rodriguez is an information technology consultant having served government and business clients over 8 years in the environmental, medical, insurance, and law fields. He has a very diverse skill set including database design and report creation, Microsoft Office programming, web site and Geographic Information System (GIS) implementation, hardware and software evaluation, and end user support and training. Fernando brings a complete end-to-end view to the project and has a strong data-centric background that is well suited to Imagine Health's focus on research information. He earned his BSE in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
Brad Sparks
Mobile Applications
Brad Sparks is an information security engineer at a global B2B e-commerce and supply chain management services company. Brad has a diverse technology background, leveraging experiences in the private sector, government, and the defense industry. His skills and interests in the challenges of mobile technology and Internet security led him to join Imagine Health. Brad holds a BSE in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, an MS in Information Assurance from Norwich University, and several information security professional certifications.

Tobey List
Producer
Tobey List is Producer of an upcoming Imagine Health documentary film, THE WAIT. She served as Associate Producer for feature length documentary NO IMPACT MAN and worked for the Public Broadcasting Service in Washington D.C. for 4 years. There she served as Senior Programming Associate, screening rough cuts and finished documentaries for air, and writing scripts for in-house telecasts and scheduling PBS digital channels. She devotes time to her community, including tutoring ESL children in reading and comprehension. Tobey earned her MFA in film from Columbia University School of the Arts.
Joane Pillard
Graphic Designer
M. Joane Pillard is a Haitian born art director and graphic designer. Joane brings to Imagine Health an educational background in architectural drafting and graphic design & multimedia. She has designed for a range of clients including Missoni, Universal Music Group and the Tisch Family. Joane is a self-proclaimed 'design junkie' - she revels in creative nonconformity and values the same in her own work. She shares her passion by leading community events and serving as a mentor for young adults in the Haitian-American community.
Andrew Frueh
3-D Animation
Andrew has been working in digital arts for over a decade and, for the past several years, has applied his skills solely to producing content for the medical industry. Andrew's work has been featured in award-winning films that have made the international festival circuit. Andrew brings both a technical and artistic background to Imagine Health. He is involved in all aspects of the multimedia production pipeline and believes in the enormous possibilities of multimedia-based learning. His goal at Imagine Health is not to replicate a real-world experience, but to engage the audience in new ways that are entertaining, educational, and easy to understand. He completed his Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Rochester with dual degrees in Computer Science and Studio Arts and is finishing his MFA thesis in Computer Animation from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Sang Pattam
Administrative Manager
Sang Pattam comes to Imagine Health after working in the insurance industry for firms like Travelers and The Distinguished Programs Group, where she managed and executed projects for clients such as Wells Fargo and Istithmar World Capital. She is passionate about Imagine Health's mission to impact public health around the world and supervises production of all active projects.
Manju Malkani
Undergraduate Intern
Manju Malkani is pursuing her Bachelor of Science at Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University. Manju has been awarded the Gates Millenium Scholar in 2010. She is also a recipient of the Dr. John Grieco Scholarship Award and the U.S. Department of Treasury Financial Literacy Award. She worked on her first project with Imagine Health - CAM Corps, an initiative to improve provider training in the field of Child and Adolescent Mental Health in the developing world. She traveled to India and conducted research in conjunction with local academic psychiatrists to better understand the unique needs of South Asian communities. Manju is currently co-directing Imagine Health's task force for this initiative.

Brad Miller M.D., M.B.A., Founder of Square6
Dr. Brad Miller is founder of Square6 Group, a San Francisco-based consulting company, which boasts a list of clients including Microsoft, Mercer Health, CalPERS and Kaiser Permanente. His medical informatics research at UCSF was published in Health Affairs, the healthcare journal on the economics, business and policy of health information exchange. In his spare time, he reaches out to bio and technology start-ups in the Bay Area to help them navigate the waters of strategy, team-building and financing. Brad received his MD and MBA from Cornell University.
Morgan Vandagriff, Founder of Banzai
Morgan is an entrepreneur who began working on his company, Banzai, while he was an undergraduate finance student at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He found himself wondering why so many people fail repeatedly in their efforts to reign in personal spending. Rejecting the commonly held wisdom that it is a simple matter of self-control, the system he designed bypasses the psychological barriers to responsible financial behavior. After a five year detour spent at a SEI Investments, during which time he continued to refine the philosophy, Morgan left to pursue Banzai full-time in 2007. The company has been featured in FORTUNE and has partnerships with school districts throughout the country.
